Marco, the owner of Collision Craftsmen, began working on cars in his father’s auto body shop when he was a young boy.  When Marco was just 12 years old he could paint a car, and by age 16 he was capable of repairing a collision-damaged vehicle from start to finish. Talk about a lifetime of experience!  Marco left the family business after a while and explored collision repair at a few other area body shops.  This gave Marco great experiences to build upon, helping formulate his philosophy for repairing cars right the first time, the way a true craftsman would.  This jump-started his plans to start a business of his own and in 1988 Collision Craftsmen was born.

Hard to believe it’s been over 30 years. And in 30 years we’ve repaired thousands of vehicles.  Marco himself is a licensed Mechanic in Michigan and has received enough training to earn the exclusive I-CAR Platinum training recognition.  It’s this level of expertise that Marco expects from his staff so Collision Craftsmen can continue to grow and serve the community.

On a national level, Marco has served in many capacities with national trade organizations, including the Society of Collision Repair Specialists and as chairman of the National Auto Body Council.

Collision Craftsmen supports the Automotive Service Association. The Collision Industry Conference and I-CAR.  Locally we are proud to support Camp-Mak-A-Dream’s camp for children with cancer, Shriners, Knights of Columbus and the local Girl Scouts.
